Powder Coating

Product Description:

Powder coating is a type of coating that is applied as a free-flowing dry powder. The main difference between regular liquid paint and  powder paint is that  powder paint does not require a solvent to keep the binder and fillers in  liquid suspension. The coating is usually applied electrostatically and  then dried with heat to allow it to flow and form a “skin”. The powder can be a thermoplastic or thermosetting polymer. It is usually used to create a hard surface that is harder than traditional paint. Powder coating is mainly used to coat metals such as household appliances, aluminum presses, drum equipment, and automobile and bicycle parts. Newer technologies make it possible to pulverize other materials, such as MDF (medium density fibreboard),  using different methods. We offer a wide range of powder finishes, especially for wood. Our powder coated parts and profiles come with a warranty of up to 10 years.
